I will not be surprised if they raise rates by 50 bps next week and state that the economy is greatly improving and that they have removed the emergency stimulus. I doubt that it will work but if they don't the market will continue to melt on the fear alone.

Agree with you about its over extension in daily chart. But, I think the over-all trend is changing, as shown in the weekly chart:

I think the market is seeing slow rising of interest rate and inflation. We may not see fast market drop, because AG will adjust it very slowly. But, market always reacts violently when first sign of trend change surfaces. We need to watch the market very cautiously at here.
