Kerry told the truth about the 87 billion. There is a big difference between an 87 billion bill with a 20 billion welfare giveaway to the ingrate corrupt Iraqis on our national credit card (Bush's idea) versus the Kerry idea to make the 20 billion a loan against oil (which we need) and to make the very richest Americans pay for the rest of it with a 30% reduction in their tax cut. Bushies went to bat for the billionaires and dumped the cost of the war back on average Americans. Kerry voted for the Kerry-Biden 87 billion bill, but against the Cheney-Bush fiscally irresponsible version.

It's always a good sign when someone changes their opinion of a stock depending on the price. I always try to avoid people who think a stock is a "buy" at any price. It looks like Kerry will do a good job getting our finances back under control, as they were during the Clinton years. Tom
