I hope those that are guilty receive stiff charges. Not only what they did is horribly unethical, but it creates a huge problem if it is perceived the USA isn't serious about respecting human rights. The truth is it was pay back time. That's what war does......it generates more hate and violence. The Iraqis have treated our soldiers pretty badly, so our guys got back at them. Every war I've read about has had similar incidents. The only way to stop it is to stop the war mongerers in our society from getting control. ted
