Perhaps many cannot accept that truth, especially the generation born during and just after WWll, (the baby boom generation of which I am a part.) I know many school children who readily accept all races in there schools because they have not grown up with the hate of their fathers and grandfathers. But if we are to practice what we preach, ie-tolerance than we must stop branding those of a different opinion as evil or bigoted. We than become what we accuse others of. I don't know why that cannot be understood. I get angry and I want to strike out at people who place personalities before principles but I stop short when I realize that I am just giving power to the ones who do this spiteful vainglory. James
