Yeah, you've mentioned the Massoud assassination before. What is so silly about your speculation is that there is absolutely every reason to believe that the Arab cameramen who acted as suicide bombers were associates of al Qaeda and the Taliban. There is zero reason for any sane person to believe that the Russians had anything whatsoever to do with Massoud's assassination. There was no motivation, no sign whatsoever of the suicide bombers acting on behalf of anyone other than lunatic and fanatic Islamists, and besides that, Russia was a non-participant in that phase of the perpetual chaos in Afghanistan. Your speculation is silly.
