I guess on the basis that two wrongs don't make a right? You could say that US businesses profited royally from Hitler thank you very much - but the discussion here is about Sadaam and the US double standard regarding him - dragging up crimes he committed when no one raised a cheep about them at the time. I don't think he can ever come to trial in an international court if Rumsfeld can't be called as a witness for example - after all US won't submit to the international court when it comes to crimes and crimes against civilians. I guess the Agent Orange crime against humanity can't be prosecuted now because the time has prescribed
