I have no idea. Sometimes they are also listed on the NYSE or Nasdaq, but I can't find it there.

Let me know if you find out anything.

Corrupt Annan urges Arafat to give Gaza pullout a chance

United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan urged Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat on Friday to give the disengagement plan a chance, saying Palestinians should crack down on militant violence to help revive a broader peace effort.

In unusually tough language, Annan - in a letter obtained by Reuters - also criticized Arafat for failing to meet obligations under the U.S.-backed road map to peace, such as implementing security reforms and ending suicide bombings.

Annan said Israel must carry out its road map requirements to dismantle outposts and freeze construction in larger, established settlements.

"You are aware... that the Palestinian side too has obligations it has not fulfilled," Annan told Arafat. "The Palestinian Authority should immediately start taking effective measures to curb terrorism and violence."

"Decisive actions on your part would help the international community ensure that any withdrawal from Gaza is part of the implementation of the road map and not a substitute for it," he wrote.

Annan's letter, received on Thursday, was a response to Arafat's written complaint on April 15 about Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's plan to disengage from the Gaza Strip and parts of the West Bank, and U.S. President George W. Bush's endorsement of it.

Bush angered the Arab world by giving Sharon unprecedented support for holding on to major West Bank settlement areas and barring the return of Palestinian refugees.

I wonder why the incompetent, corrupt Annan is, all of a sudden realizing that Arafat has done nothing but promote and aid terrorism in the region?

Could it be because Annan, and his son, are being investigated for fraud in connection with the Iraqi "oil for food" program, and he wants to deflect blame?

Something woke Annan up.
