The process works in reverse for the US $. No products being sold increases the # of $ on the market with the printing of extra to reflate the economy we then get an oops !

There is also the effect of being able to borrow at low rates to invest at higher. Or if you are in charge of the $ for your co. Where do you invest it under these conditions just to break even. Ect. ect. A lot of nuances.

So more US $ no demand . Soon the got to sell stories take hold and the bids are lowered.
