In other words, if he has something to hide he won't talk. Which may explain why he rarely talks to the press, stonewalled the 9-11 and other commissions, why Cheney refuses to show his energy papers, or why both of them refuse to open themselves up to unscripted sessions with real people. They have plenty to hide.
