Chinese co's in the sms/internet space claim that increased competition in the interent space is lowering their margins. If you'll remember, that was one of the first cracks in the perception of U.S. internuts here. Then the techwreck followed. The bubble in China is not nearly as distorted as the one here was. These co's will continue to make money, I would imagine, and they still have ample cash. But Wall St. likes earnings growth, not cash. Their rate of growth is going to slow considerably from here. Still good co's, but the party is over as far as wild valuations for their stocks is concerned. I don't think sars has much to do with any of this anymore. All of this is only my opinion.
