My only use of time is that I tend to restrict intraday trading in futures to the first 90 minutes when price is moving fastest and the most liquidity is in the system. Price discovery (prior days highs lows, opening high low tests) tends to happen in this area. I will trade futures at other times whnever a legitimate setup arrives, but after a few good trades early in the morning I don't mind closing up shop so to speak and ignoring the intraday stuff for the rest of the day. Today may be an exception right about now.... ;)
