The fact that you'd even mention that Bin Laden had his reasons implies that somehow the attack was legit. Thanks. That's a very articulate expression of the binary mindset so common to right-wingers. Tom

Give the devil (bin Laden) his due. It was a world class unsurpassed masterpiece of performance art/terrorism. He gained hundreds of thousands of admiring acolytes, and is very widely admired in the Muslim world. I've read that if Saudi Arabia had a democratic election, bin Laden would win hands down. Why do you think no one has turned him in for the $50 million dollar reward? He's set the bar so high for the next boogeyman, it will take a nuke in one of our cities to top him. In much of the world, he's more highly regarded than our President.
