I am out of milk, otherwise I would indeed be having milk with them. As far as I am concerned there are only two ways to eat any kind of cookie:

1. Completely submerge the cookie in some sort of liquid until it is slightly soggy, then pop the whole thing in my mouth at once; or

2. Completely submerge two cookies pressed back to back in some sort of liquid until they are both slightly soggy, then pop both of them entirely into my mouth at once.

As a milk substitute, I made myself a nice cup of hot chocolate, but not so hot that it will burn my fingers as I am dunking my cookies.

BTW, I think I just ate about 20 of them since my last post.

OOoooo- I see that you are switching strategies. The direct guess approach not working, the polite 'please reconsider as you are so obviously wrong' effort having failed, you are now attempting the 'clever questioning to narrow it down without Q's noticing' plan. By charting the 1000 numbers on a graph, marking the already determined wrong ones in blue, circling any that come within the correct "closest" number in pink, while eliminating with green X's any that are not yet labelled "wrong" but are not within the qualifying closest number, and then drawing concentric circles in yellow connecting the remaining numbers, you will find you have either pinpointed the Answer or have drawn a picture of a small winged animal, suitable for framing.

Today, while driving around, I learned that Darwin was born on Feb 12, 1809. Recognizing the hand of Fate, I immediately cried, 2-12-09! That's it!
Of course, I then realized it wasn't, but I think you can appreciate the momentary thrill.

good question... however if you look at some of nasa's wormhole theories

grc.nasa.gov

grc.nasa.gov

grc.nasa.gov

You'd find out any number can be closest to any other number depending on the amount and place a warp occurs....
