Looking at the dollar vs. the SP500 it seems stock market has made a big move up as the dollar moved down with interest rates.

Since the dollar started going up a few months ago the stock market hasn't gone anywhere and rates have moved up.

So it does seem if the trends are reversing we could see the dollar continue up with rates increasing, and the stock market going down?

I think the risk for the Fed here is that the big experiment didnt work and everything goes down at once including the dollar.

What a lot of people seem to misinterpret about what RR is that he talks about the short and long term often at the same time (that is, same series of sentences). He was calling for a pullback in gold in the ST but he is still quite bullish LT.
