I'm an ecumenical Christians accepting all Christians who believe in the Apostolic and Nicene Creeds.

First denomination I attended in my youth was Baptist. Later in life I went to a Catholic school and attended the Catholic Church. In my adult life I converted to Orthodoxy and completed Orthodox seminary.

Hal, those who reject the Talmud and accept only the Torah, are classified as a Kairites. The Kairites are a very small Jewish sect mostly from the Crimea who never accepted the Babylonian Talmud. They are severely persecuted by the Orthodox Jews (which are the majority of the Jews of the world) and are outcasts in modern Israel.
