Maybe, but I doubt it. We went through the oil shock of the 70s without any military action in the Middle East resulting.

By the way, have you noticed that the war premium in oil seems to have returned? Or has it increased? In any case, I'm finding my car very expensive to refill. Maybe it's just the warm months.
