"is not this one ultimate being that people refer to as God one and the same?"

There is only one God and only one way to know God, and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ. God is a triune God, three persons in one divinity--Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This was preached in the Old Testament and revealed in Jesus's ministry. Since Christ was and is divine, then his words are the last word on the matter.

Any religion or person who rejects Christ as the divine Son of God, cannot know God because Jesus is God.

Babylonian Talmud is the sole authority for modern Jews

In Rabbi Finklestein's history of the Jews, he states:

"The Talmud derives its authority from the position held by the ancient academies. (i.e. Pharisee) The teachers of those academies, both of Babylonia and of Palestine. were considered the rightful successors of the older Sanhedrin . . . At the present time, the Jewish people have no living central authority comparable in status to the ancient Sanhedrins or the later academies. Therefore, any decision regarding the Jewish religion must be based on the Talmud as the final resumé of the teaching of those authorities when they existed."
[page 2] (The Jews — Their History, Culture, and Religion , Vol. 4, p. 1332, Jewish Publication Society of America, 1949).

Sorry Hal, but these authoriatative Jewish leaders disagree with you.

Hal, you claim that you never "cracked a Talmud" but fail to tell us that all rabbis study the Babylonian Talmud in their formation and consequently use the principles and teachings from the to indoctrinate the Jewish children in modern Talmudic Judaism.

For example, how did you learn to reject Jesus as the Messiah and Son of God? How did you get the belief that Jesus DID NOT FULFILL the Old Testament prophecies? You couldn't have learned it from the Torah because no where in the Torah does it teach you to deny Christ or does it teach you that Jesus of Nazareth was a "bastard" and a "false Messiah". Those teachings come from the Babylonian Talmud. The false myths and legends that you believe about Jesus came from the Talmud and Toledoth Yeshu, not from the Torah. The most important errors and disinformation in the Talmud and Toledoth are the false myths and legends about Jesus. These talmudic myths and legends were taught to you without you knowing that they were taken from the Talmud. Since they were definitely NOT taken from the written Torah, then they had to come from the Talmud.

I am, of course, assuming that you are telling the truth when you write that "you never cracked a Talmud". The Talmud encourages Jews to lie to Christians if they feel it hurts the Jewish agenda. Since you have lied about so many other things in our dialog over the last few years, you could very well be lying again to protect the Judaism.

<<So here is a question for you. If Jews believe in God, and Muslims believe in God, and Christians believe in God, is not this one ultimate being that people refer to as God one and the same?>> NOPE!

That statement acknowledges that God in all religions states the same truths. One can hardly compare the teachings of Mohammedism with Christianity.

Pardon me for being so dumb but is the Torah the same writings as found in the Old Testament that Christians have in their Bible?

James

So here is a question for you. If Jews believe in God, and Muslims believe in God, and Christians believe in God, is not this one ultimate being that people refer to as God one and the same? How people choose to worship a supreme being is a personal choice, whether they believe in one or not.

Your question is simple and astute and one that destroys any system through which Emile attempts to impose his hatreds. To the extent that a Hitler such as Emile wishes to rid the world of those who believes other than he does, that Evil must be stopped, by words such as yours, by laws which regulate when religion becomes proscribed action, and ultimately when the Evil is judged eternally.
