Having a Congressional vote before a general election is intimidation? It forces Congress to support the policy of the White House? You're admitting here that the majority of the American people supported the war and some Democrats (Kerry?) voted for the Iraq war resolution only because they were afraid of the American people. It's a good thing for our politicians to fear the public. It's why we have elections.

The congress is now hijacked by Texas oil too. Delay. They have hijacked our entire country, and the money they make sure we spend too much of helps fund terrorist education in Saudi Arabia and throughout the Arab world. Talk about a conflict of interest, huh?
