I have been adding SIGA shares under 1.5 - although not alot as the rats all seem to be scurrying into their holes now -and it could get worse. DOR could be just a bad pick. I am still holding but since my average is around .85 - I'm taking on water. Does that company ever put out any news??? I am about 80% cash, but it still amazes me how fast that other 20% can change. I am a firm believer in buying when nobody else wants 'em -but it still could be weeks (or months) before the tide turns - ultimately giving us bottom feeders better opportunities. Baton
