We found some nice steak at the Safeway today and had a great BBQ on the deck. Much of the US beef is so laden with steroids, antibiotics and growth hormones (that are banned in most of the World) I can't eat it. Ruth Chris, Mortons, they all taste like sawdust to me, though I know they're popular. USDA Organic means the animal ate grass-that is it, they can still be given steroids, antibiotics and growth hormones. Most farmers don't bother with true organic because the calf they buy has been given them by the previous farmer. A few in Colorado (Coleman Meats etc), start from birth with the true organic approach and the last time I had a steak this good it was one of those Japanese beer-fed massaged Kobe Beef ones (Kobe Bryant's parents agreed and named him after them). This was about as good.

I am certain your adventure of entrepreneurialism will be a positive and successful one, as it is in man's nature to create and contribute, or to take and be lazy, as one may choose, and you choose to move forward. I don't see you as a a contrarian but rather an optimist who can devise a winning strategy in the game, even if a few rounds need to be sat out here and there. You have the requirement: brains and guts (I had a dirtier word).

All the best in your new endeavor.
