I actually answered the question. When scholars look at a verse that is not fully understandable, then they find other major verses that talk about that same thing but are direct and understandable to give them insight as to what the minor verse is trying to say. <<You hang to much on one verse that does not promise anything when their are many crucial verses throughout Malachi to Revelation about The Kingdom of God, what it is, when it is coming and to who willl be the recipients to fulfill that prophesy.>> James
