Personally, I think if you get a flat down here you made your own bed dude. And they have made theirs. Their barbarism is why most companies will never locate their headquarters there, why most of the money and industry from which these people can benefit will never find its way there. It is why those folks can't afford health insurance for their Mother. If they will assault a guy merely because the guy gets a flat in their neighborhood, then almost any guy who has anything worth taking will completely avoid them, letting them rot in their own filth. It doesn't have to be this way. These people are humans who can think and act properly regardless of how much money they have. Since they wish to live like animals, most people are perfectly willing to let them. It is no one's fault but theirs.
