Kerry's strategy is simple. Bush has spent roughly half of his war chest on negative advertising. But look at the polls, Kerry and Bush are still neck and neck, with Kerry actually leading Bush by a small margin in the latest polls.

At the same time Kerry has amassed a record $80 million, and has not used much of it to date. Look for an all out barrage near the end of the campaign.

". Dean spent all his money advertising and when the time came to really move Kerry was there, "

And where did the money for that come from? LOL!
