George, NONE of the treatments INDIVIDUALLY will work on EVERYONE all the time BUT that will soon change with COMBINATIONS just like Cacaito and I have been talking about. Biological ADDED treatment for Psoriasis has JUST BEGUN!!!!! There will be EVERY sort of combination you can imagine combining the biologics with conventional treatments. Wouldn't the NEXT logical step be COMBINATIONS maybe in stepped down doses and combos for MILD to MODERATE Psoriasis???? It is GREAT that Enbrel is now OUT IN THE OPEN with the Psoriasis indication........maybe a SAFER REDUCED dose can be combined with Raptiva. Maybe Raptiva can be added to Enbrel for Rheumatoid arthritis and Psoriatic arthritis for BETTER control and relief???

GEORGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Could it be that the BIG GUYS are FINALLY figuring out that RAPTIVA is BETTER than ENBREL for Psoriasis?????? It is a NO BRAINER for which one the PATIENT will choose in my opinion, just can't figure out why it took the analysts or whoever else to figure it out. Why do I say that???? Just look at how MANY people lined up to take Raptiva in the trials when Enbrel was available off label. Anyway with Enbrel out in the open maybe it will get the vast majority of moderate to severe Psoriasis suffers to consider taking BIOLOGICALS!!!! Will be VERY interesting if Raptiva is used OFF LABEL for any other immune response maladies. Maybe it will be ADDED to other meds in a WIDE variety of illnesses.
