We've gone from about 280 ppm to 380 so far - a 35% increase in CO2 not 10%. The point is that we are adapted to a world close to these levels (rather than it being designed for us) with sea level close to these levels and I can't see why we'd want to change it. There is no chance of any glaciation about to happen due to what we've already done. The greenhouse issue is making sure we don't go the opposite direction into a tropical forest and very wet world (actually the Mesozoic seems to have had low rainfall (with high temperatures and CO2) from what I was just reading....)...
