NO-CARB Diet for 2004?

NO C-heney
NO A-shcroft
NO R-umsfeld
NO B-ush

and "Absolutely NO RICE!"

This is definitely a successful diet that will take you through January 20, 2005.

p.s. beginning to think it would be harshly unfair to Kerry to have him elected, only to face the music in the economy, the stock markets, and geopolitical scene after the devastating foundation laid by Bushy

the Idiot Prince and his hack court deserve to face that music

Thanks Scott,

For the invite. A beautiful day for a bbq. Would have loved to attend. We were busy most of the day on home improvements, but that was fun too.

You know, we are happy damn near all of the time because we are busy and try to be very constructive in our lives. Like now, we recently picked our annual scholarship winner which will be awarded next week. Besides being good citizens, high academic achievers and good athletes, we always look for a social conscience. By the essays they write of their personal life, organizations they belong to during high school like Amnesty International and Doctors without Borders. Our current winner belongs to both.. :)

From my experiences through life, I have come to the conclusion we need more of that.. And that's what I primarily write about it here on SI. My own observations, for better or for worse. Actually I find other SI people's personal experiences and observations much more interesting and more valuable in drawing my own conclusions than canned links to professional writers or columnists that support their respective positions. I guess I like independent thought and fresh thinking.

Well I bet that bbq was great in the "Great Northwest".

Take care now,

m
