I certainly do. I believe in protecting refugees and setting up refugee bases, protected by the UN. I do NOT think the US, or the UN, or anyone else can (or should) intervene in civil wars, because the odds are that the intervention won't work. What's your master plan? Invade every country with human rights abuses, cross your fingers, and hope that democracy "happens"? That's a super recipe for cleaning up tyrants- and it's so cost effective for the US. I know I appreciate pouring billions in tax dollars down rat holes, for iffy results.
