Fidelity, i have fidelity activetrader and i love it. fidelity lets me do directed trading to ecns with reserve limit orders and discretionary limit orders. i've got level ii quotes. fidelity lets me specify my tax lots when selling shares (although not with directed trading, fifo in that case), with the cost basis downloading into turbotax at tax time. fidelity provides good month of the end reconciliation of p&l. i get lehman brothers research, and i have my own brokerage team. i also get to participate in certain private placements and secondary offerings (haven't yet, tho) however, you may not get all of this unless you have a fair number of trade or fair size of assets. i don't know what you get at lower asset and/or trade levels.
