You seem to have a severe logic problem. The President's statement may have ridiculed those who seem to stupidly think like kerry thinks that the President need permission from the UN. But that was a simple statement of legal fact and did not ridicule the UN. I have no idea how a people under the systemic terror of saddam for decades would respond. I do have thousands of photos of American troops interacting with the people of Iraq and Afghanistan.
