That process won't start unless the non-existence of the wmd is acknowledged. Because the injustice of the un-provoked attack will obstruct all else. That will be square one that no one will get off of.

You personally might be very impressed with UN resolutions. My firm conviction is the people of Iraq consider the UN resolutions just a pretext for invasion. So no one there will go: "Oh, yeah. They dropped bombs on my house and killed my children. But that's OK, they had a un resolution."
