I am finding it hard to express myself as I wish on this subject.
I guess I am trying to surf though shark infested waters without losing a leg. :>)

Let me give you the best example I can think of at the moment.

Karen and I do a lot of point/counterpoint on media bias. I enjoy the exchanges. I put up an example that I think fits, and she knocks it down if she can. We may occasionally get annoyed with one another if she thinks I am being stubborn, or if I think she is nitpicking. That's fine. But I never personalize it. At least I hope not.

I think you tend to take discussion here personally sometimes. That's when I notice it. You are a valued member of the discussion group here, and I am not trying to piss you off. I didn't do this as a PM because I wanted to air this type of situation so that all of us could keep it in mind.
