While I can't speak for Ex- GNETters...I do know that we had quite a few shares of WCOM, and they are settling for mere (very mere) pennies on the dollar. After the lawyers are done, and every shareholder down the line has a piece of the pie, not much is left.

I think the first doctor who filed the lawsuit in New York City...might have made some money, but everyone else is up the proverbial creek...

If you ask me, Merrill Lynch is as much to blame as GNET/INSP...pumping and dumping should be a crime, but being in a fiduciary capacity and laughing at the poor suckers you are telling to buy and hold the stock is unforgivable...

I'm posting your question on the INSP thread...Levy will have an answer. He has an answer for everything, whether he really knows anything about it or not..
