Nothing wrong with buying at the 200 DMA... but often we go below that level before turning.

I just bought some FNSR at $1.84 as a Pure Play Fiber Optics Play

Charts & Prices and reasons: suite101.com
Note that I waited for the RSI to bounce around over sold, and for a POTENTIAL technical bottom target to be bounced off of before I bought. It crossed the 200 DMA at $2.60… so falling to $1.66 was “a bit more” left.

I have to admit I’ve been sitting on my hands for some time to buy this one… but this last few days as seen on this chart are fairly compelling with a nice doji on Friday on tiny volume….

Note the 200 DMA in that graph…

I have my reasons for why I like this company as a speculation for the long term investment… but they are still losing money so it is quite speculative. Maybe Don will wager me what does better from here, FNSR, WAVC or VLNC? –snort

I’m looking for another CACS type success. :)
