Clinton was dishonest (I voted for Nader twice), but his dishonesty did not start a world war that may evolve into a hundred year war.

Damn it, Len, you are right again. Bin Laden actually declared war on us during the Clinton administration, and with the WTC tragedy, but we will catch Bin Laden and his Al Quaeda fraternity friends. Unfortunately, it was Clinton's dishonesty in failing to live up to his oath of office, to protect our country against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Bill(The Coward)Clinton had all the evidence he needed to take the necessary actions to protect our homeland, but he tossed a few cruise missiles, and slid through his Presidency like the snake he is, and left the mess for George Bush to take over. As a pure sociopath,he was more interested in being loved by the Germans and the Frenchies than taking action against our avowed enemies.

"Perhaps I am wrong, but the general feeling that I have is that crime and integrity are on the wane in America, rich or poor, White, Hispanic or Black"

This may be true. You singled out rich people originally. Would not have challenged you on this.

"but his (Clinton's) dishonesty did not start a world war that may evolve into a hundred year war"

What evidence do you have that Bush lied to start a war? Your insinuation is dishonest. And if he is not dishonest about the war (which he isn't), then maybe you could agree that the world will actually be SAFER without a terrorist threat. Based on 9-11-01 we embarked on a long ad complicated campign to put an end (or effective end) to terrorism. Stage two was to take out an American hating dictator that was breaking international law, and may provide assistance to terrorists to attack the Unite States. If the world came together, instead of lying about Bush's intentions the war would be much easier to win. But there are many (including some of our own politicians) that will LIE about our President, even though it hurts the war on terror, and gives comfort to our enemies.

Sad, in my opinion.
