let's examine simple problem:

you can earn 6% on the money and your cost of funds is 5%. Now the question is if you should borrow in order to invest?

Your question is a bit more involved but not that much different. If the value added is higher than value borrowed then you should borrow..... I hope I made clear enough <gggg>

Lower taxes allowed my wife to buy a brand new car. Those dollars will make for 7 taxing events this year. Is that a bad thing?
