Are you kidding? All morning long I'll be warning futures folks about getting caught in the death spike(s)!

LOL trading just before FOMC - talk about an easy way to cut an account in half! What I can't believe is that people continue to try to game the FOMC. particularly using very high leverage instruments like futures.

This FOMC release ought to stimulate especially frenetic trading...

I don't trade anything but the first 90 minutes of an FOMC day and after the death spikes, usually in both directions, have played out between 2:05 - 2:25 (usually) *sometimes* I'll put on a trade if price is stll moving quickly then.

By that time usually some sense of trend has emerged from the froth.

Can hardly wait....
