What puzzles me is the lack of understanding and absence of logic on their part.

Kerry testified, under oath, before Congress that atrocities and war crimes had been committed

Kerry stated that he participated in those war crimes.

Hence, Kerry could be prosecuted for war crimes (or even for his failure to notify senior officers of the commission of those war crimes).

Kerry, in their minds, is a war hero.

What am I missing?
