JotW, You cannot possibly think that Richard Boucher and the State Department have the least bit of credibility. After the astonishing number of lies, willful distortions and disinformation that Colin Powell attempted unsuccessfully to persuade the UN Security Council with on February 5, 2003, the State Department has zero credibility. Zero. Powell, guilty of covering up the My Lai Massacre in the early 1970's is still acting true to form. Lying to the public and making them somehow trust him. It's time for Americans to wake up and smell the coffee. Powell lied to us. So did Richard Boucher.
