If it looks like a concentration camp, waddles like one, smells like one, and has people kept prisoner interminably, incommunicado, no habeas corpus, no judicial review, no family visits, then I suppose you could call it a citizenship education facility, or perhaps a tropical vacation resort. Americans are good guys, who would never pee on a prisoner, terrorize them into lying naked in a heap, frighten them with wires and so on. Pretty soon, Iraqis will be clamouring to get into the vacation resorts to enjoy the food service and female company which is obviously excited by their physical presence.
