For my part, I would rather take my chances boarding a plane terrorists might fly into the Capitol than have my freedom curtailed by security officers checking for weapons underneath the watch of the little old lady in front of me at the screening station.

By the way, I do avoid ground zero, but not because of terrorists. The traffic is awful. The real estate is -- well, "unthinkable."

I once contemplated buying five acres next door to a missile silo. My address would have read "Missile Silo Road."

Our country should not kowtow to terrorists. End of story.

"Thinkable" means that those of us who have thought it thru would rather be killed by a nuclear bomb than have our country kowtow to terrorists.
Those who disagree might consider moving away from Ground Zero.
