I've sold some and have now bought back to the extent that I own more than I ever did. I used the tanking the past few days to get back the shares I had sold. There is a great board over on RB that is active with only a limited amount of pumping or outright bashing. Operationally the company is exceptional, very conservative, no debt, plenty of cash, generating more cash and is in a hot area at the right time. Listen to the CC which was held a couple of days ago and you should get a pretty good feel for its business plan. The only real negatives have been that management has short-circuited rallies with significant insider sales. This has been defended on the grounds that they have been with the company from the point that it was virtually out of business and have not had huge pay packages. I wasn't in the company at that time so I can't attest to it. I am not happy with the timing or amounts of these sales and have urged the company to wait for listing on the NAZDAQ so that these sales can be more orderly without the OTC MM games. I think it is in management's own best interest to limit the sales and to even have those who have sold to do a small number of insider buys. They have indicated that they would be applying for NAZ listing but there is the 90 day listing period requirement and, as with COVD, there seems to be a concerted effort to make sure that doesn't happen. As you are also in COVD, you will find the past couple of days' trading very interesting. In any event, I've used it as a buying opportunity. I have wondered if there is a risk that it could tank further like COVD because of the disappointment of not holding 4. This is certainly possible and I am interested in buying more if this happens. The argument that it will be more stable than COVD is that it actually generates cash and has a successfully implemented business plan. There is a poster on RB - TVIBOOSTER, who also goes by the name MEXCOM or something like that and he claims to buy huge amounts of shares. Most take what he says with a grain of salt. He means well but always defends management. He's made a lot of money apparently so that is his right to do this. Going forward, the company just bought a small company and is trying to expand its product line. It stated that it is operating at 40% capacity in its newly enlarged manufacturing facility. There was a recommendation by a newsletter and I can post it if you want more information. It may be posted already either here or on RB. Take care and hope we can make peace with our respective holdings LOL.
