No, Kerry is raising it on families that only earn $200,000 per year. They are not rich, that is just a political ploy and is disingenuous.

He will raise corporate taxes, users fees...for a start. His economic model as disclosed today does not balance, he must have additional revenue...and taxes are the source. I do not know why he is not telling his hole plan...to date.

The rich story doesn't fly...sorry
