The rightwing seeks to destroy McCain, Kerry and Cleland and they'd seek to destroy David Crockett, Audie Murphy and Teddy Roosevelt too if they got in their way of extreme rightwing, corporate interest one-party rule. Right now their target is Kerry. In 2000 it was McCain. In 2002 it was Cleland. All honest American war heros. This is what the chickenhawk rightwing GOP has become, a dishonest hit suqad versus American combat heros. They use slimeballs like O'Neill (the one vet in their midst apparently) to lie to the press hoping no one checks his credentials, and finds out he's been part of the dirty tricks squad ever since back in the early 70's. Then they use manure-spreaders like Hannity and Limbaugh, who in turn use willing dupes like you to spread the lies and innuendos. This strategy will not work, but it does threaten our democracy, free speech and the values of honesty and justice.
