Again your posts defy logic. I've read Clarke's book and actually went to school with him. I don't need blog commentary. Clarke says that there was incompetence and that Bush was pre-occupied with Iraq. Nothing secret or surprising to me there. THERE IS NOT A SHRED OF EVIDENCE THAT ANYONE IN THE ADMINISTRATION KNEW ABOUT 9/11 AHEAD OF TIME OR THAT THEY WANTED IT TO HAPPEN. Again - you need a lesson in logic. You could argue that they took advantage of what happened to further their agenda, but you lose any logical reader by your pigheaded approach, with all due respect.
