Can anyone tell me what "Visual IP InSight (IPVNMon.sys)" is or does? Occasionally, my computer crashes and when a problem is forwarded to Microsoft, their data base advises that it might be caused by Visual IP InSight (IPVNMon.sys) and provides a link for updates on the VN site. Before I update anything, I would like to know what it is and if it is something that is "necessary." The link provided by Micorsoft works, but doesn't explain what it is and I couldn't get to the main VN site to find out.

Bill
