World War is a brutal and savage business....it does not lend itself well to high minded "definitions".....the US, Britain and even the Russians were fighting for survival.....there are NO rules in that type of struggle.....no treaties that trump the right of self preservation....

Take your head out of the clouds and join us here in the real world....
