Thanks, shadowman. I should have thought of Googling. With a quick glance at your results, I see there is that ugly word again - Verizon! The last time it came up was when I was getting errors from Motive SmartBridge. Four different Verizon technicians denied knowing anything about it. However, two of those four suggested that I delete all Verizon software, and one of two told me there had been many reports of problems with Verizon software (off the record, of course). I did a search on my computer and did find Motive SmartBridge in the Verizon Online support "software" AND I thought that I had deleted ALL of their software, but I should do another search to see if I can find this Visual Networks software.

Thanks for providing some "insight" on Visual IP Insight. At least now I know where to begin.
