Nice to hear that the one prisoner that we know about that DIED in the hands of CONTRACTORS was taken out of the prison on ice with an IV in (the corpse) his arm and taken to the mountains (NEVER ASSIGNED ANY NUMBER FOR TRACING)

Are you sidestepping the issue? That is not the intellectual honesty I have grown to expect from you.

There is a definition. And there is an act. The act clearly fits the definition - murder & extermination of civilian populations in wartime.

This is as simple as it gets. One clear definition and one widely known historical fact.

Frankly, I am amazed at your denial.
