I usually stop day trading from noon to 2PM daily and watch City Confidential and American Justice.
After that, I scout the stocks I have on my watch to see if there are any opts.
Today, during the lounge, I decided today I'm going to K.I.S.
Here's my game plan for this afternoon.
2:15 Fed decision.
If he raises rates, I will look to cover all short positions as soon as possible.
If rates are kept at current but Fed Speak suggests raising in June, I will not add but watch and set stops to protect profits on remaining shorts.
If speak remains "patient" I will look to add to my shorts, again, with stops, only a little looser, give it a bit more line, like when trying to land that 24" native Brook trout on a fly line.
Hope I gotit!
