At the same time, it's laughable and certainly not up for discussion with Arab nations in the middle east, that they should give restitution for the estimated $100-billion-plus in property lost by Jewish people elsewhere in the middle east. But of course, Israel is held to a higher standard than its neighbors. No where do you hear talk of restitution for jewish peoples' losses in the middle east.

Excuse me.......if there was anything worth fighting about, the Israelis would be all over it like bees on honey. Just three years ago they took the Swiss to court to get restitution for Jewish bank accounts that the Swiss confiscated during WW II. Your 'crocodile tears' for the Israelis are a bit much.
